Meet the Team
Holly founded Taylor Clifford Health to provide a calm, personal alternative to chain-clinic care, with continuity, time, and proper attention. She's since been joined by a small team who share that same approach.

Our Team's Training & Experience
Holly
Founder & Registered Osteopath
Holly founded Taylor Clifford Health in 2012 after graduating from the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone — one of the UK's longest-established osteopathic schools — with an Integrated Master's in Osteopathy. She has since trained further in medical acupuncture and myofascial cupping, and treats patients ranging from newborns to those in their nineties across both clinics.
Laurel Collins
Registered Osteopath
Laurel also completed her Integrated Master's at the European School of Osteopathy, alongside further qualifications in sports massage and dry needling. Before osteopathy she worked as a sports coach and PE teacher, and still plays football for Sittingbourne Ladies and coaches with the Kent FA Youth Council — experience she brings to treating sports injuries and active patients in Ashford and Charing.
Martin File
Registered Osteopath
Martin trained at the same school in Maidstone and previously spent over eight years working across three NHS GP surgeries in Kent. He takes an integrative approach, combining structural and cranial osteopathy with deep tissue massage, medical acupuncture, and kinesiotaping, and treats patients of all ages, from infants to centenarians.
Shani
Practice Manager
Behind the scenes, Shani looks after the day-to-day running of both clinics, and is usually the friendly voice you'll speak to first by phone or email when booking an appointment.
Who We Treat
Our patients range from newborn babies and toddlers to people in their nineties and beyond, across our Ashford and Charing clinics. We see expectant mothers, postnatal mothers, runners, cyclists, riders, gardeners, builders, desk workers, and everyone in between.
How We Work
Whichever osteopath you see, your first appointment follows the same thorough process — up to 55 minutes, to understand the full picture: your symptoms, your history, your work, your sleep, the things you do for fun, and the things you have stopped doing because of pain. Treatment is then tailored to you and always within your comfort.
Registration and Standards
All of our osteopaths are registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), the regulator for every osteopath practising in the UK, and hold membership with the Institute of Osteopathy. By law, every UK osteopath must be registered with the GOsC and meet ongoing standards in education, ethics, and continuing professional development.
